In our mission to ensure Cove car insurance customers can save time, money, and hassle, we’re proud to announce the launch of our new Fast Claims feature!

With Fast Claims, eligible customers can bypass the traditional claims process and receive immediate approval to proceed with their glass repair. It’s a streamlined process that we hope will provide a superior claims experience for our customers.

“Our Fast Claims feature is a game-changer for customers making glass claims on their motor vehicles. We know that getting a glass repair can be a pain in the traditional back and forth process, so we wanted to create a new flow that makes it faster and easier for Cove customers to get back on the road”

To be eligible for Fast Glass, customers must have a policy inception of at least six months and a couple of other things. But if you meet the criteria, you can expect to get your car repaired and get back on the road without any unnecessary processing delays.

The new feature is available to customers who have purchased a policy with Cove Insurance and can be accessed through the online claims process. We’ve partnered with both Smith & Smith and Novus to make sure our customers have access to a nationwide network of trusted glass repair providers.
